Restaurant SAND and Hotel Skansen are located between the beach and the harbor in central Båstad, with the famous center court right outside the door, where guests can enjoy accommodation, spa, food, and drinks in a warm atmosphere with sea views. The hotel is part of the GRAM Group, which, together with Hotel Riviera Strand, Torekov Hotell, and the restaurants Pepe’s Bodega, Papas, Mamas Italian, and PAVO, constitutes three distinctive hotels and several restaurants in an outstanding destination.

About the position

As a bartender at Restaurant SAND, you are an important part of the team and contribute to creating a wonderful atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests. You will work at the bar mixing and serving drinks, providing personal service, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the bar maintains high quality, good pace, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for service, and enjoys working in a team. Working hours are varied and mainly include evening and weekend work. The position is a fixed-term employment starting April 1. Employment rate and salary according to agreement.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least two years of experience in bartending
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm even when it gets busy
• Is responsible, meticulous, and has good teamwork skills
• Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends during the summer season

Your main tasks

• Mix and serve drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages at the bar
• Provide personal and professional service to our guests
• Ensure that the bar is kept clean, organized, and well-stocked during the shift
• Collaborate with colleagues in serving and kitchen to create a good overall experience for the guest
• Follow routines regarding alcohol service, hygiene, and cash handling
